All Sky Flower Hotels will be modern build, mid range, highly technical comfortable places to stay as a guest or visit as a non-resident. Each hotel will offer 30 – 50 accommodation units (Rooms and Suites) and feature signature roof top oasis pool and bar areas, premium dining experiences, tour desk, conference facilities and will be extremely customer focused.
It is the intention to incorporate a small hotel school, with affiliation to a recognized hotel school in the Americas or Europe, in one of the five properties to ensure brand promise is guaranteed and the future tourism experts of Belize are able to enter the industry with an excellence in service, impregnated through quality vocational education, which will be recognized world wide.
Critical to the design component will be the engagement of WATG, widely considered to be the worlds’ leading hospitality design company. The Freeman Group (Dallas) will provide consultancy and personnel training to ensure above industry norm standards throughout the brand experience and to ensure the “Brand Promise” is established from day one of operations with the first hotel.
